Complaints Policy
Something went wrong. Here is the route and the timescale.
Raising it
Ring (333) 333 333 with the address, the opening number or invoice, the date, and an account of what happened. Written complaints receive identical treatment, though a conversation usually resolves more and resolves it sooner.
The sequence
- Acknowledgement, ordinarily inside one working day.
- Review against the job record, the finding sheet, and the technician's own account of the visit.
- A written response proposing a resolution, ordinarily inside five working days.
- Any re-attendance scheduled ahead of new work rather than queued behind it.
When the argument is about scope
This is the common one and it deserves a direct answer. Where the dispute concerns whether work was necessary at all, the measurements and photographs taken on the day are the reference, and you are entitled to both. Where that record fails to support what was billed, the bill is what changes.
If that does not settle it
It reaches the owner directly. Beyond that you keep every contractual and consumer right you would otherwise hold, and no wording on this page reduces them.
