One line is enough to start: the building, the opening, and what it is doing. Scope gets established on the call and a window gets set from there.

Useful to have in front of you

  • Address with suite or unit, and the nearest cross street if the building is inside a park.
  • Roughly how many openings are involved, even as a guess. One door and forty doors are different conversations.
  • Whether any of the openings involved are fire rated, and if you know it, what the label says.
  • Access arrangements: who lets us in, what hours the space is available, and whether escort is required.

Coverage

Charlotte and the surrounding metro, including Concord, Huntersville, Indian Trail, Fort Mill, Matthews, and Harrisburg.

There is no walk-in counter. This is a service-area contractor and the crew works out of vehicles, so scheduling is by appointment rather than by drop-in.

Coverage across four counties and a state line. Positions are schematic — scheduling follows where the vans already are that day, not a radius on a map.

Scoping call, no charge. A number given before anyone has measured the frame is a guess wearing a suit.
