Where a call lands

Scope we hand onward
Automatic pedestrian door operators, glazing and glass replacement, dock levellers and pit equipment, and gate operators all go elsewhere. Those referrals are made on the basis of who does the work well. Where any commercial arrangement exists with a contractor you are sent to, you are told at the moment of referral and not afterwards.
Specialist labour
If a job needs somebody beyond the five people named on this site, you hear about it in advance of them arriving.
Absent credentials, deliberately
You will find no rating badges, no review counts, no association logos, and no certification marks anywhere on this site. That is a choice. Every one of those is trivially fabricated, and a contractor displaying them should be able to produce the underlying evidence on request. Ask us, ask our competitors, and treat an evasive answer as the answer.
