Concord, NC
Cabarrus County coverage. Concord splits cleanly into three kinds of work.
Concord coverage →Give the coordinator an address and a suite number.
The metro reaches across a state line and four counties, and the building stock changes character as you move through it. Uptown towers run stair doors and elevator lobby pairs, usually already under a facilities contract. South End is warehouse conversions where the original coiling doors are still hanging and the tenant improvement drawings pretend they are not. The corridors out toward Concord and Indian Trail are newer retail, mostly aluminum storefront on builder-grade closers that arrived out of adjustment and stayed that way.
Beyond the city line we work Concord, Huntersville, Indian Trail, Fort Mill, Matthews, and Harrisburg. Give the coordinator a precise address and a suite number. Travel across this metro is not symmetrical, and the scheduling window depends on which side of I-77 the crew is already working.
Cabarrus County coverage. Concord splits cleanly into three kinds of work.
Concord coverage →North Mecklenburg coverage. Huntersville is younger building stock than most of the metro, and that changes the failure profile rather than removing it.
Huntersville coverage →Union County coverage. Indian Trail has grown along US 74 and the Monroe Expressway, and the commercial inventory reflects that: strip retail, quick service, light office, and a steadily increasing number of small business parks behind them.
Indian Trail coverage →York County coverage. Fort Mill carries a heavier concentration of corporate campus and class A office inventory than anywhere else we cover outside uptown, alongside the retail growth around Baxter Village and Kingsley and a substantial amount of newer light industrial.
Fort Mill coverage →Southeast Mecklenburg coverage. Matthews has an older core and a much newer perimeter, and the door work divides along exactly that line.
Matthews coverage →Western Cabarrus coverage. Harrisburg's commercial inventory is smaller than its neighbours' and skews recent.
Harrisburg coverage →Travel across this metro is not symmetrical. A crew already working the Fort Mill corridor can reach a Pineville address inside the hour and will not reach Harrisburg the same afternoon. Scheduling windows are quoted against where the vans actually are that day rather than against a map radius.
Give the coordinator the building, roughly how many openings you think you have, and what prompted the call.
